People living on the earth, at any time, divide it into two parts, half in the daytime, half in the night, no matter the ends of the earth or the center of the city.
"When the light is turned on, the universe is born, and when the light is turned off, the universe goes out".
In nature, the sky shines, so that the earth can be presented, the sun as the main lamp of heaven and earth, shining on everything, so that all things compete. In our home, "the main lamp, or no main lamp", this is a problem.
Here are our common household activities, "main lamp" and "no main lamp". Let's feel it.
In "no main light" scenario, the pendant lamp is the main lamp of the dining table, and the bathroom switches the atmosphere between the main lamp and the surrounding spotlight by controlling it separately. We find that the problem does not seem to lie in the experience of using the main lamp or without the main lamp, but in whether you choose a room with a uniform light or a scattered light with a hierarchical sense
Why do more and more people choose partition scatter lighting?
People have advanced visual analysis system, our visual cells will develop, just like watching super-clear images can not go back to the standard, partition scatter lighting people-oriented, by reducing the obstacles affecting lighting efficiency, enhance human vision.
Dividing the living room (bedroom, etc.) into different functional areas gives us more insight into life, and the focus of the eyes determines the way we see it:
The traditional one-room-one-lamp system only needs to choose different sizes of lamps according to the size of the room, which is straightforward.
Partition scatter lighting is not so simple and rough, it needs more detailed lighting strategy, need to follow a series of lighting principles. For example, how to ensure that the room is bright enough; how to achieve the best wall washing effect; how to use the light, type, art without the main lamp; three steps without the main lamp, etc. Only by possessing these secrets can we make better decisions, achieve better lighting and make life more comfortable and comfortable.
Principle 1: No main lamp design, enough light? Is there a standard?
① Is the brightness enough? It refers to the ambient lighting, that is, the basic brightness required for general activities.
Enough illumination is expressed by "illumination". The amount of light per unit area (unit lumen, abbreviation lm) is called illumination (unit lux, abbreviation lx). lx= 1lm/㎡ .
According to GB 50034-2013 National Building Lighting Design Standard, there are clear indicators of comfortable illumination in different spaces of the family. For example, the general activities of the bedroom need 75lx illumination, while the illumination of the toilet needs 100lx.
②Comfort Illumination Index
How can we simply estimate how many downlight and spotlight are needed to provide "no main light" environmental lighting in a space?
Assume that the number of lights needed is x, the space size is y square meters, and the comfortable illumination value is Z. There are formulas: x=(y *z)/(560lm *0.7 *0.8)
▲560lm is the lumen value of 7-watt lamps; the utilization coefficient of white wall is 0.7; that of dark wall is 0.5; and that of maintenance is 0.8.
Examples: 30 square meters living room, white wall, general activities need 100 LX illumination, estimated the number of tube lamp/spotlight required is:
(30㎡ x 100lx)/ (560lm x 0.7 x 0.8)= 10.
If the wall is dark, the estimated number is:
(30㎡ x 100lx)/ (560lm x 0.5 x 0.8)= 13.
The number of lamps obtained above is only the number of lamps that provide ambient brightness (general activity). On this basis, the lamps needed for local lighting are added when the lamps are laid out.
Principle 2: Wall Washing Distance and Beam Angle
▲Wall Washing Effect of 36 Degree Beam Angle
▲Wall Washing Effect of 45 Degree Beam Angle
Therefore, when washing the wall, the distance between the lamp and the wall should be between 20-40 cm, and 30-40 cm is the best. The size of the beam angle has little effect on the wall washing effect, and the household environment should not wash the wall with lamps with a beam angle less than 24 degrees.
Principle 3: There should be light, art and type without main lamp.
Lighting is one of the most important factors to improve the quality of home. Lighting is not only used for lighting, but also an indispensable part of soft installation. Therefore, we need more practical and more aesthetic lamps.
The three essential elements of a good lamp are light, art and type.
Turn on the light well - the light is the soul of space, a good lamp can not only illuminate, but also create a unique atmosphere.
Craftsmanship - The pursuit of the ultimate is like a practice, casting a device with thousands of hammers. A good lamp must go through various processes and layers of screening and filtering before it can come out.
Turn off the light type - the design sense achieves different types of lamps, and constructs the "big world" of lighting. It is these carriers of personality, fashion and attitude that provide different texture and atmosphere for the space of calling home.
The lamp is silent and expressive, just as home is the beginning and destination.
▲Two hallways in the bedroom provide 75 lx of ground illumination to meet basic activities, while the illumination of the reading area at the bedside is doubled to 150 lx.
▲The illumination of kitchen floor is 75lx, and the illumination of worktable is 150lx
▲About 40 cm away from the wall to wash the wall, the light arc will wrap the murals in it, which is needed for household wall wash, light is not prominent, to illuminate the painting.
In this design work, the light, art and shape of lamps are well displayed. Sporadic light, downlight and light strip provide basic environmental light. In the space, a small amount of red is used besides black and white, which has a strong sense of design.
It seems that we will feel that the number of lamps is not enough. We will pull the lens to a depth.
In addition to the horizontal dimension of floor lamp and dining table chandelier, the lamps on the top are also very rich, and the track light is the most flexible existence in the whole space, increasing or decreasing at will, and lighting in many places. Each kind of lamps are arranged according to different functional zones. The color matching and lighting layout of the whole room complement each other, forming a natural art painting, which makes the whole space appear more hierarchical and design sense.
